Terms of Service
Draft for review — not yet legal advice; to be reviewed by a solicitor before publishing.
In plain English
- Your AI lives in your building and belongs to you.
- We never see, store, sell, or train on your data — and by architecture, we couldn’t.
- A human approver is the default; reducing or removing it is your deliberate, signed choice and your risk.
- Cancel anytime: your local AI keeps working and stays yours.
- Optional extras (expert-skill sharing, offsite backup) are consent-gated and reversible.
The detail
- Who we are. Private Claw by Everything AI, a Total Group International company.
- Your AI and data stay with you. Trained AI is your asset, on your hardware. Screen observations are processed on site and deleted after processing — never stored, transmitted to us, or used to train any model.
- Human-in-the-loop. Ships with approval on, set high; high-risk actions always ask. Reducing/disabling approval needs admin sign-off and acceptance of a liability statement; operating with reduced approval is at your business’s risk.
- Third-party models. Where you connect a frontier model, that provider’s terms apply to that traffic; the active model and provider terms are shown in the client.
- Optional skill contributions. Off by default. Only generalised, PII-screened, human-reviewed how-to may leave site — never customer data, never for training.
- Optional offsite backup (paid). Client-side encrypted, your key (zero-knowledge to us); knowledge only, never raw screens.
- Subscriptions & ownership. Support, updates, cloud provisioning and backup are subscriptions. Cancel and your local AI keeps working; no remote kill switch.
- Acceptable use. Lawful business use; you remain the data controller and are responsible for informing staff about workplace capture and complying with employment and data-protection law.
- Liability. Provided with reasonable skill and care; aggregate liability capped (TBC by counsel); nothing excludes liability that can’t be excluded by law. AI output can be wrong — the approval system exists for that reason.
- Changes. Notice of material changes; we will never change these terms to claim rights over your data or your trained AI.
- Governing law. England and Wales.
Don’t rent intelligence, own it.
